PUBLIC ART
INSTALLATIONS:

HOOD CUSHIONS, City of Emeryville Art on the Avenue, Emeryville, CA
In order to soften, and humanize hard edged spaces of the streets and sidewalks of Emeryville we installed groupings of brightly-colored and whimsically shaped forms attached to the fences surrounding the Emery High campus. These shapes were an organic neon tapestry that provides visual and physical texture to the adjacent streetscape. In collaboration with artist Lucy Snow. July 2005 to Feb 2006

SHIMMER, Dean Lesher Regional Center for the Arts, Walnut Creek, CA
Using 3D collage of lights, reflective material and moving translucent color elements,
supported on an infrastructure of wood framing, we created a visually intriguing and animated universe of light, shadow, color, translucence, and texture.
In collaboration with artist Lucy Snow. January 2005 to March 2005
